Many of us love to snack the day away whether it's in social outings, due to the holidays, due to quarantine life, or just pure boredom combined with a solid Netflix Binge of Lucifer or whatever your vice may be.
You are not alone. We all get hungry in between meals, although choosing healthier snacks will help you and your family stay at a healthy weight.
Remember that mindful snacking over a junk food binge will excel your body much further. A sugar overload will have you crashed out on the couch in the middle of your episode, waking up groggy and bloated in the morning - the room looking like a middle school food fight went down.
Below are some healthy snacks - all 100 Calories or Less.

Fruits Vegetables
one small banana 1 cup cherry tomatoes
one medium apple 12 baby carrots
1/4 cup of raisins 18 small celery sticks
1 cup of strawberries 1 cup raw cauliflower
1/2 cup of orange juice 2 cups raw mixed veggies
Breads, Cereals, Rice, & Pasta
2 graham cracker squares
3 cups air-popped popcorn
1/2 whole-wheat English muffin with jelly

Now to replace the milk duds with yogurt and the chips with fresh crunchy carrots.
